The paper gives aphysical-mathematical model of the distribution of stresses and deformation of the pipe when it is loading by the"stress test" method. Proposed a new solution that enables to implement control and monitoring options, and eliminate the possibility of destroyingthe pipes due to deviations from specified tolerances, test parameters.
Materials and methods
There is given the solution of the problem of the stressdistribution along the perimeterof the pipe and longitudinal coordinates by the elastic energy of the flow of the testenvironment. In Newton's approximation resistance tubes with elastic energy, represented as a point with coordinates of integral equation of “m” in a polar coordinate system. Given the equations of motion (Euler) points in the parametricform of the proposed solutionto determine the deformation of a pipeline anywhere. The articlealso describes results of the practical implementation of the method inthe "stress-test" the pipes on the skilled sector of pipeline.
Results
The mathematical model of the distribution of stresses and deformation of the pipe method"stress test" and basedon the algorithms of control and management of thetests to determine the actual breaking load and the corresponding parameters of the tests, as wellas prevent destruction of the pipes due to deviations from specified tolerances, tests.
Сonclusions
The physical-mathematical model of "stress test" allows control and monitoring of the parameters testing of pipelines as well as prevent destructionof the pipes due to deviations from specified tolerances, test parameters.
