Optimization of methanol regeneration process on the fields of the Far North

In this work studies of issues in the field of methanol regeneration technology in the fields of the Far North were presented. The reconstruction of column methanol recovery for improving the technological parameters of rectification process was considered.Technological solutions for the reconstruction of facilities methanol recovery tailored to the results of the survey and modeling of process of rectification were revealed.

Simulated distillation processes in the modernized regeneration column.
Results
In article presented the substantiation of the possibility of assessing the hydraulic characteristics of the methanol recovery column based on the calculation of rectification of a binary mixture. Technical and technological calculation of the methanol recovery column made dimensions at the maximum load of raw material.
Сonclusions
1. The results of the survey technology and methanol recovery equipment listed on the fields of the Far North were presented.
2. The optimal methanol recovery column modewas determined.
3. Justified by the impact of structural and technological characteristics of efficiency of regeneration of the column and theregenerative heat exchanger unit operation performance recovery.
4. Technological modernization solutions for column regeneration of methanol and the whole unit were taken.
