DOI: 10.24412/2076-6785-2023-3-74-79

Abstract
The article describes an algorithm for determining the mobility and radius of the skin zone based on semi-log and log-log analyses of diagnostic plots of pressure and temperature transient data. The use in the analysis both of the plots of temperature change and its derivative distinguishes the work joint graphical analysis of diagnostic plots presented from other methods. To verify the method, we used temperature synthetic data in the reservoir generated by the RN-VEGA.

Materials and methods
We have presented a comparison of applying various graphic methods. It showed that producing reservoir and fluid properties in the skin zone and in the remote reservoir zone can be estimated using both transient temperature and pressure data dynamics. Analysis of two diagnostic temperature plots improves the result.
The models describing the pressure behavior in a radial composite reservoir, built taking into consideration the diagnostics results, showed good convergence with field data.

Marten A. Abessolo, Polina S. Kunina, Arambiy A. Paranuk, Alexey V. Bunyakin, Dmitry A. Inozemtsev

In this article were analyzed causes of failures the gas pumping unit equipment of compressor stations and statistics of theirs’s failures in the course of 10 years. Key causes responsible for failures of sleeve bearings which fix the position of the turbine rotor shaft and ensure minimal clearance in the inflow section have been revealed. An original mathematical model of the basic components in a gas pumping unit has been devised for the purpose of identifying faults happening in the thrust section of the sleeve bearings based on diagnostic parameters. This has made it possible to ascertain the working condition of the sleeve bearings by the change in their rigidity in the oscillating model of the gas pumping unit key elements.

Pumping equipment of petrochemical factories works in the chemical exposure and high temperatures of the pumped flows. Thus, the actual problem is the reliability of the circulation pumps. This paper analyzes the statistical information on mean time to failure and types of defects that lead to failure of the hot pump petrochemical plant. According to available data of operational period of the unit before each failure were obtained histograms of density functionof failure distribution for the analysis the reliability parameters of pumps operation. Also were determined main principals for increasing of reliability of pump equipment.

Evaluation of the technical condition of sectors of gas compressor units as a model of oscillating system

Arambi A. Paranuk, Polina S. Kunina, Alexey V. Bunyakin, Marten K. Abessolo

This paper presents a method for modeling the vibrations of the main elements of pumping unit - the shaft, bearings with the oil layer and their shell as a linearly related mechanical system. On the basis of a mathematical modelof this system, we can define its internal parameters, and the deviation from their normal values can be used to discuss about the development of certain typesof failures. By the result of the analysis ofthese parameters, we suggest a scheme of laboratory simulation of journal-thrust bearing, using the criteria of physical similarity.

Rustam N. Ismagilov, Rustem R. Gareev, Ufa, Russian Federation Yamaliev, Andrey A. Matsibora

The task of predicting failure rotary equipment can reasonably be reduced to the issue of calculating the residual life of its bearings, as almost half of the failures have to because of the failure of the bearing assemblies. The described program allows correct predicted parameters of bearing life, under the influence of practical operating conditions in the workplace.

Application of eddy current and magnetic structuroscopy at complex control of pipelines

Alexey G. Efimov, Andrey E. Shubochkin

A stress-corrosion cracking is one of the most common defects of transfer pipelines. The applied methodsand calculations of residual life assessment of pipes repair do not include changes the properties of metal in areas prone to this typeof defects. The article considers the problem of determining the residual life of oil and gas pipelines during repair areas prone to stress corrosion cracking. It was proposed the technique of integrated control, using magnetic and eddy current NDT methods, in order to increase the precision in estimating the period of trouble-free operation of the pipeline.

Nondestructive measurement of the oil density by using radioisotope radiation

Alexandra V. Kopteva

The article describes the limitations of the existing methods for qualitative and quantitative control of oil. This can be done by radioisotope measurements. The radioisotope radiation method has huge penetration strength, high sensitivity to measuring flow density, the unit parts arecompatible and easily interchangeable, and its methodology is simple.

Much of the existing infrastructure of the main gas and pipelines around the world quickly approaching the end of its useful life. This means that the extension of this period, as well as constant monitoring of the pipeline is becoming more critical as compared to how it was just a few years ago. The system for registration of sand production in gas wells

Victor G. Didenko, Stanislav A. Ezhov, Vladimir M. Karyuk

New method of acoustic-emission system building is proposed in the paper. KADET systemis designed for registration of solids removal from gas wells. The fundamental difference of the system from the existing sensors lies in the fact that it registers only a countable number of ultrasonic pulses, which is excited by the blows of the individual grains of sand on a given horizontal straight pipe section (in the sensitivity zone). KADET system can be directly installed on the well-head which is not provided withpower supply. In this case wireless data transferring is used. The paper presents the results of the systemtesting which was fulfilled on the wells of Gazprom’s underground gas storage facilities (UGSF) includingUvyazovskoe UGSF, Kasimovskoe UGSF and at Medvezhye and Yamsovey gas fields.
