The task of predicting failure rotary equipment can reasonably be reduced to the issue of calculating the residual life of its bearings, as almost half of the failures have to because of the failure of the bearing assemblies. The described program allows correct predicted parameters of bearing life, under the influence of practical operating conditions in the workplace.
Materials and methods
Software environment “DELPHI”, analyzer “LEONOVA INFINITY”, methodsof calculating basic and adjusted estimated resource.
Results
The resulting analytical dependence(9) allows adjust the remaining service life of the bearing Lh, depending on its design features, operating conditions (temperature, lubrication), load conditions and vibration level of mechanism. Implementation of calculation this formula as a program loaded with reference datafor various brands of gears and bearings allows to automate process of calculating residual resource and definition actual condition of the bearing assembly, whichis especially relevant in the production of a limited time and varying skill levels of service and maintenance personnel.
Сonclusions
Clarification residual life of the bearing mathematically described parameters of the actual operating conditions ofrotary mechanism significantly increases the probability of obtaining a reliable forecast.
